The Executive Assistant serves as the personal assistant to the CEO, helping to manage various day to day activities and completing a multitude of tasks both personal and professional. Job responsibilities include:

• Handling internal and external communications, acting as an intermediary between the CEO and other people (such as contacting clients; making & answering phone calls; and writing & responding to emails, texts, & social media messages).
• Managing social media pages, YouTube channel, and crowdfunding campaigns.
• Promoting the CEO, company, projects, products & services, and events.
• Note taking.
• Organizing various items such as notes, documents, files, & equipment.
• Paying close attention to and remembering important details.
• Running errands and picking things up.
• Taking photos and videos.
• Being on call 24/7.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a college degree and/or prior relevant experience in video production, entertainment, media, communications, business, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related fields.

We're looking for a knowledgeable Marketing & Social Media Manager with experience in marketing, advertising, promoting, and public relations and who's up to date on and knows how to utilize all the social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, & YouTube.

The person in this position will help manage all social media accounts; including writing posts/captions, taking and posting pictures and videos, responding to feedback such as comments and handling DMs, and do overall promoting through social media. May also entail following the CEO and other employees around updating the accounts of what we're up to and documenting them via posts, pictures, and videos.
