Tyler Mannino is the President & Chief Executive Officer of T.M. Productions. He is the head, leader, creative force, & face of the company overseeing everything. Tyler is also the lead actor/star, creator, showrunner, director, producer, executive producer, and screenwriter of all of his own movies & TV shows. For his entire life Tyler has always wanted to be an actor, filmmaker, & entrepreneur and envisioned owning his own production company one day, so in 2014 he founded T.M. Productions and has been growing the company ever since. Tyler also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production from Penn State University.  

Chief Advisory Officer

Principal, Mannino Design

Dr. Ted Mannino is currently the Chief Advisory Officer of T.M. Productions, where he serves as the mentor and advisor to the president advising with creative and business decisions. Ted is also the Principal of his own company Mannino Design and has decades of experience in the art, photography, video, music, technology, & education fields. Dr. Ted Mannino has spent the past 20 years in the educational and corporate learning environments supervising programs, teachers, and creating and delivering instruction in higher education classrooms and in a Fortune 200 company. With a PhD in instructional systems from Penn State University, Ted has designed and developed a dynamic classroom curriculum in photography, video, and digital arts and has served as an instructional coach for a state classroom technology initiative collaborating with school  administrators, teachers, and students. Ted serves on advisory boards for state education and business organizations and is actively involved as a presenter at state and regional technology conferences. 

Director of Communications | Chief Communications Officer

Tara Mannino is the Director of Communications of T.M. Productions. She works directly with the president to ensure completion of business goals and facilitates communications between the company and other businesses, clients, the public, and the media/press. She also handles public relations affairs as well as manages marketing and promotions for the company and its projects. Tara has a B.A. in Communications with a Public Relations concentration from Shippensburg University.
